Alexis joined Clyde & Co in 2003 and transferred to the Dubai office in November 2005, where she is head of the Real Estate department for the Middle East offices. She handles a wide range of commercial property work, with a focus on the hospitality and leisure sector. Alexis has worked on several real estate and hotel developments involving the selling of fractional and shared ownership product and advises on legal issues relating to such schemes in the UAE and the GCC.
