Ashraf is chief operating officer of Emirates Vacation Club. Having moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2000, he joined the team at Marriott Vacation Club for the Middle East and Europe, before moving on to Fairmont Private Residence Club, for the Middle East and South Africa.

Emirates Vacation Club's board of directors saw the potential and opportunities in the tourism industry for vacation ownership here in the UAE in particular and the Middle East in general. Therefore, they decided to take the first step towards achieving their vision in establishing Emirates Vacation Club at the Emirates Grand Hotel. The company has high expectations for the future and Ashraf is excited to lead the venture.
