Christopher Allen has been in the shared leisure industry for over 18 years and has a wealth of experience in the main aspects of exchange organisations and developer resort operations, having previously worked as regional director for Interval International and quality assurance director for Petchey Leisure, Chris now holds the position of director for business development with Citadel Trustees Ltd, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Hutchinson & Co Trust Company Ltd, and has been operating in the shared leisure industry for over 25 years. Chris joined the Hutchinson Group in 2008 as associate director and since 2009 has held a position on the board of directors. His main responsibilities are dealing with new enquiries from developers looking to enter the timeshare and fractional ownership, buy-to-let and other non mainstream markets and to help guide them along the right path to a setting up a successful business. Chris holds a BA Honours Degree in European Studies and is a qualified quality systems manager.
